Members are engaged in the grant making process through which member contributions go to support deserving organizations making an impact in the Houston Latino Community. |

MAKE AN IMPACT Latino Giving - Houston funds deserving
organizations impacting the Houston Latino community. Members are entitled to one vote toward
determining recipients of Latino Giving - Houston grants, with a majority
vote determining grant recipients in the following areas:

JOIN LATINO GIVING – HOUSTON Latino Giving - Houston members commit to
investing $300 a year, paid in full by December 31. Membership contributions are tax deductible to
the fullest extent of the law. Contributions should be directed to: |
